ONO
Web · iOS & AndroidThe conversation you are dreading, practised out loud first.
Most new managers get promoted for being good at the job, then discover the job is now conversations — feedback nobody wants to hear, a no that has to hold, a performance problem that has been ignored for a year. ONO is a voice coach for exactly that. You talk it through, you rehearse it out loud, and you hear how it lands before the person across the table does.
What it does
Talk, don't type
ONO has no text input. You speak, it speaks back, and the conversation runs at the pace of a real one.
Rehearse the hard conversation
It plays the other person — the defensive report, the peer who says no — so you can practise before it counts.
It remembers your team
The people you mention become a profile: how they take feedback, what they push back on, what worked last time.
Feedback you can act on
After a rehearsal ONO tells you where you hedged, where you buried the point, and what to say instead.
Prepares you for what is next
Connect a calendar and ONO knows the 1:1 that is coming, using titles and attendees only.
Yours to erase
Voice recordings are never stored, and one control in Settings permanently deletes everything else.
A look at it

Pricing
Your first 30 minutes of live voice are free, once, with every feature unlocked. After that a subscription keeps the conversation going, billed monthly or annually. A subscription includes up to 5 hours of live voice each month — around ten minutes of practice every day, with room to spare.
How it is built
ONO is one Kotlin codebase from the microphone to the database. The iOS and Android apps share a single Compose Multiplatform interface, the server is Ktor, and both ends compile the same protocol definitions — so a change to what the app and server say to each other is a compile error rather than a bug found in production.
