ONO Support
Last updated: September 10, 2026
ONO is a voice coach for new managers. You talk to it about a conversation you are dreading, it asks questions, and you can rehearse the real thing before you have it.
Getting started
ONO opens on a single screen with an orb on it. Tap the orb. That is what asks for the microphone and starts the conversation. There is no text input anywhere in ONO, by design, so nothing happens until you speak. Then just talk — describe the situation the way you would to a colleague.
Common problems
ONO cannot hear me
Check that the microphone permission is granted for ONO in your device settings, and that the mute control under the orb is off. If the permission was permanently denied, you will need to re-enable it in Settings for the app.
ONO hears itself, or talks over you
Use headphones. On speaker the app suppresses its own voice, but a quiet room and headphones are the reliable fix.
It stopped mid-sentence
Usually a network drop. Reconnecting resumes the session where it left off.
My calendar will not connect
Calendar access is read-only and optional. If the connection fails, disconnect and try again from Settings, and make sure you granted calendar permission to the account you intended.
Subscriptions and billing
Your first 30 minutes of voice are free. After that a subscription is required. Billing is handled by Apple or Google, so manage, change, or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in ONO. If you have paid on another device, use Restore purchases on the paywall. Refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Your data
Settings has a Delete everything option that permanently erases your account and all of your conversations. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and the Terms of Service for the rules of use.
